  1. i recently bought mac laptop for school and iam mainly windows user. my main problem is the style of the dock (like new windows 11) and that i cant use uncollaped icons. i found an app that tries to mimic that style (ubar) but unfortunately is doent get support anymore. the little icon style driving me insane with more than 2 app open (13" screen) i dont like to use "multiple desktops" doest fell good to me i know its nitpiky but thats how i like to use my pc, large icons for open apps and small for closed. the worst part is that its imposible to declutter the dock because "apple app" stay in the dock until i force quit them (like preivew, note) is there maybe way that i havent found that lets me use my pc how like or was just a useless rent? added pic for reference thanks.
  2. i have speaker with only one port (RCA) and i want to connet my tv and pc to them at the same time. i have no problem of them being on same channel because i use only one at a time but my problem is that there in only one rca (L/R) connection in my speakers. i tired to find a splitter that maybe could be 2 male rca into 4 female rca OR maybe 2 male rca into into 2 aux female, but i haven't found anything like that. the only solution i could think of is rca into aux female > aux splitter male into 2 female > and connect both my pc and tv. could this solution work or is too janky?
  3. nope, my CPU also caps at 2133 mhz. i have no problem to continue running at those speeds, my question if its Ok to put in faster memory?

  5. After some conflicting data i found about that NAND temp should stay cool for longevity and most heatsinks and their recommendation cover the whole ssd (transfer the heat from the controller to the nand) when installing the heatsink on the ssd should i remove the metal sticker and cover only the controller with thermal pad? or is the fine that the heat transfers to the memory?
  6. I want to mount my tv above the bed and I heard that for 4k optimal viewing distance is around 1M for 50”. 8. Yeah basically that it, i want to open games in my second screed and my main screen must be my monitor. I didn't find any way to do this in a google search unfortantly. And I tried to look in some of my games didn't find option to change display. And thanks for your help.
  9. Alright I'll try, it's not an option to make the tv my main screen because it's not practical. I only game on it and watch stuff. So I want to know if there is a way to choose on which screen my game will open because I am using duplicate displays right now. And unfortantly i only now found out that it what caused my gps drops. Sorry if my English isn't that good and thanks.
  10. But in this way I won'tbe able to use my pc as a pc. Like I said I use mostly my tv for gaming from my bed and the monitor I use for regular pc use. Is there any solution for this?
  11. I have my pc hooked up to a monitor and a tv while using duplicate displays. Recently I found out that in this way my gpu works harder and that what may cause my performance drops all this time. I mostly game on my tv, is there any way to keep the desktop on both of them and to game on only one of my choosing? (My tv is 4k and the monitor is fhd but I run them both at fhd if it matters) Thanks.
