That’s what I’m thinking, it seems insanely complicated. Maybe it’s an issue with 3000 series CPUS over 5000 not letting it. Thanks for the help and I’ll avoid changing it for now

This is what I’m getting, not detecting the NVME drive with windows

To enable resizeable bars it needs CSM disabled and it doesn't seem to boot into windows. People were saying I need to use MBR instead of GPT to do that?

So I want to use Resizable bars as I have a 5900x / 3080. Updated both the bios and Vbios and it turns out I need to have windows installed as MBR instead of GPT. I don't really know much relating to this difference and I was wondering if there's any big issues changing? Is it worth changing to enable it as well? Thanks very much!

Sorry for late response, i sent this at like midnight. I am pretty close to the server and my iMac gets up to 1gb using the same ethernet cable. My PC however doesn't for some odd reason. All speedtests are slower on the PC however if I download it will go up to 1gb (eg steam). Just usually speedtests are around 5-600 mb but google is at 20 which is why I am confusion.

And nothing which was using internet tbh and the PC is decent (3700x/3080/32gb/1tb NVME) I assume it's google being google but all speedtest results are slower on my PC rather than my mac (usually around 550 on the PC rather than 1gb on my iMac.) However things like Steam download at 115mbs on PC which is pog.

These are separate devices, imac pro and my PC, same ethernet used for the test. The PC gets the same speed on like speedtest / any other speedtest however it's oof on google. Any idea why?

I’ve been trying to download flight sim on my new 900mb internet (going from 7mb is big spice) Steam etc works fine, 900mb and I do a gigabyte every few seconds. however Microsoft doesn’t seem to want to I have my PC and iMac Pro in the same room, one Ethernet connected via a switch. I removed the switch and used the same Ethernet and I got 666 mb on my iMac but 20 on my PC? Again steam works fine, however as I try to download flight sim I only get a max of 30mb. Any ideas? Might take a while to download 150gb otherwise

I kinda find it hard to explain. When I used the blackwidow the keys just felt smoother and just nicer. When I'm typing with this it kinda feels like when you use something which feels cheaper. It might do the same but it just doesn't feel as good if that makes sense. I find it super easy to miss type words and it feels as if the keyboard is sitting on your lap. So when you type it just doesn't feel right if that makes any sense.

Thanks, that's what I've been told about the Zealious hence why I'm considering them. Any other suggestions or would you say go for them?

I don't think I've had a keyboard with any tactile bumps. K70 and the blackwidow don't seem to. Clicks I don't mind tons and I'm not sure what you mean by the silenced.

I've had a k70 lux with cherry mx reds for some time now. After using keyboards like the blackwidow for a bit and going back to the K70 the keys feel super mushy. I also struggle to type accurately a lot of the time. Therefore I've ordered myself a GMMK ISO board and plan to build my own. I've been looking at zealios v2 switches and just want to know what others would recommend. I mostly game but it's nothing massively competitive, war thunder, star citizen, Battlefield, pubg etc. Thanks for nay input and I'm not massively experienced in this area so if I'm missing any details please say James Quick edit: I get annoyed at how mushy / inaccurate I can type on the K70 now and I'm wanting something a lot nicer for regular typing which is still fine for games.

Yeah I tried the RAM earlier on and same issues. I'll give your idea about cleaning it a go soon, will see if any other ideas work first as they're obviously quicker

5820k doesn’t have built in graphics so can’t check, it works for a bit and works if I don’t install any drivers but then I can’t change resolutions or use the card correctly

I can’t use the pc shortly getting into windows / when I try installing the drivers, I’ve had to constantly wipe my windows install let alone the drivers.
