  1. Hi Guys. I am planing to do a build inside the 900d case, but since i dont want to see the back or the bottom i want to do a Motherboard tray (not sure if this is the right word) and a plate to cover the bottom. I never did something like this before and would be happy to have some tips for beginners:) First of all I dont know what material I should use. I thought about 3mm Aluminium and paint it black (and btw: any ideas what paint to use?). Any other suggestions? Then the other big problem: I want to have the pump in the bottom so I need to go through the aluminium plate with my tubing and I cant find any fittings for this. Are there some special fittings for this kind of stuff? And if anyone has made something like this and has some designs laying around please upload a picture:) Sincerely MasterR8
  2. So if I go with an EKWB EK-Supremacy EVO X99 and two EK-FC1080 GTX I should be fine?
  3. Hi guys. I decided to make a water cooled system in a 900d case. I'd like to cool two EVGA GTX 1080 SC and one i7 6800k. For the top I planned to have one EKWB EK-Coolstream SE 360 with 3 Corsair SP 120 PWM and for the bottom one EKWB EK-Coolstream PE 480 with 4 Corsair SP 120 PWM. Now for the pump I thought about an EKWB EK-XTop Revo D5 PWM, but does this pump have enough power for such a build? Or do I need to have two of them? And for the reservoir an EKWB EK-RES X3 250. An other thing I am not sure about is the tubing. I want to do hard tubing but I am not sure if acrylic is the best choice. Or do you guys recommend PETG? Since this is my first build I would be happy if you could help me out with some tips for beginners:) Sincerly and thanks for your help MasterR8
  4. I am planning to buy the parts in April. But I am not sure if the price isn't to high with those two.

  6. Hello friends I want to build a water cooled PC with custom cable sleeves. I am from Switzerland and I have a budged of 5000 CHF. I already have some pieces in mind: HyperX Fury Black 4x 8GB, DDR4-2133, DIMM 288 Corsair RM1000x Intel Core i7 6800k ASUS RAMPAGE V EDITION 10 Samsung 960 EVO 1000GB Corsair Obsidian 900D EKWB EK-Supremacy EVO EKWB EK-CoolStream PE 360* EKWB EK-CoolStream CE 420* Corsair SP120 PWM High Perfomance Edition (everywhere)* EKWB EK-XRES 140 Revo D5 PWM* 2x 1080* OK now first of all: I have no idea which 1080's are the best for my build, so please, feel free to tell me which one I should buy and why:) Then I would like to know what the difference between the Corsair SP120 PWM High Perfomance Edition and the non PWM Edition are and which one you would recommend and why? Also I don't know what I have to consider when choosing a radiator. The once above are just random radiators I found, so pleas help me choose those too:) Well now to the case. The 900D sure is a nice case but it is expensive and gigantic. So please post some cases which you recommend. Finally, I know the Rampage v edition 10 is the most expensive thing i could find so far, but it also is the most beautiful one, which is the reason why I even have the 6800k which i would like to overclock to at least 4 GHz, which leads me to the problem, that i don't know how many radiators I need for such a overclocking. I also are aware of the fact, that a i7 6700k would be better for gaming, but since I am planing to stream sometime in the future I think the extra 2 cores would be brilliant. Plus the build should be an enthusiasm build not a power only build:D So I hope I gave you enough information to help me out and I thank you for your time you invest helping me:) Sincerely MasterR8 PS: feel free to tell me the English mistakes you find:)
