  1. So I made a bit of a mistake the other day. While cleaning up my hard drive the other day I accidentally deleted my intro video for all my YouTube channel videos. Luckily I had uploaded just that intro the day I created it. However I can only seem to to download it from YouTube in 720p, not the original 1080p. I know, know... YouTube is not an archiving site, I'm just really hoping someone knows of a work around for me. I've looked around for some answers but have come up shorthanded at this point. Obviously I could use a YouTube Downloader of some sort but I would suspect I'd get copyright stiked for my own video. Would I not? Anyways, I wasn't quite sure which forum I was gonna post this question on, but you guys are a large community and hopefully someone knows where I'm coming from an what route to take. Thanks in advance, Rubberburner89
  2. Yeah... I'm running 1080p.... the plan is to this spring get 3 1440p's. Driver vs 376.33 O.S. Win 8.1 (tried win 10 same or worse results)
  3. I've tried reinstalling drivers literally like 10 times..... And when I ran valley they we're only averaging about 75% usage, on both cards. Makes no sense to me.
  4. Well... It would appear everything is working properly and my game software hasn't caught up yet... Honestly I'm not even mad that this game isn't caught up yet. I've been so obbsessed with the low valley benchmarks combined with the poor performance in 1 game that I literally haven't tried any others. And yes, i did try with and without sli enabled and my score dang near doubled. So now that I know the hardware isn't messed up I can move on with my life. I think where I'm on vacation, I may do some day drinking tomorrow to celebrate.
  5. HB bridge... I know its recommended but not required. But from my understanging the old bridge supports 400mhz bandwisth where the new HB supports 650.... I wouldn't think this would explain it
  6. 1. Yes the device I.D's are the same, yes it is enabled 2. Lets not get into an argument about whether or not sli is practical, and I do know my game is supported with sli. 3. I'll try firestrike and see if that shows any difference.
  7. Alright, title gives you the basis of what my problem is... It's time for some details. First off let me say I didn't plan on doing SLI till i got my new monitors this spring but amazon screwed up and sent me 2, I planned on sending one back, then I had a few adult beverages and the thing just seemed to slip into my computer all on it's own. So I installed it, and it's recognized. Went into the nividia control panel, made sure "Multi-display/Mixed GPU acceleration" was set to "Single display performance mode" and "Power management mode" was set to "Prefer maximum performance". Next I set my overclock to match the first GPU and everything ran smoothly....... except for the fact that I only saw a 10% increase in valley benchmark. Also in game seems un-noticeable. I suppose you will want to know computer specs so here they are, 2xAsus ROG Strix 1070 8gb 1xAsus Maximus Hero VIII Motherboard 1xi7 6700k intel CPU 32 GB Corsair Vengance DDR$ 1xCorsair HX850i PSU (I know I went a bit overkill but I do plan on doing some serious storage upgrades soon) O.S. Win 8.1 (Side note, I tried it on win 10 and had like a 5% increase first go around) Standard SLI Bridge Need to know anything else about computer just ask. Anyways, I've fiddled around with it. Tried messing with some settings in Nividia inspector for in game performance but what everyone else was setting for there 980's and older for 20-30% increases caused my framerate to drop to 2... yes 2 fps. lol If anyone can be of assistance I'd appreciate it. I am a bit of a noob so take it easy on me, however I catch on pretty quick so don't be scared to throw ideas at me., Thanks in advance, Rubberburner89
  8. Okay... so I just installed my second GTX 1070..... wasn't a part of my original PC plan, but here I am they're both in there (long story). Anyways, I'm sitting here with a slight buzz on and I want to get the music effects going in AURA for both GPU's in sync.... so far no luck... Any tips or is the software not there yet? Thanks in advance, Rubberburner89 Sorry... all it took was another computer restart......... DUUUUUHHHHHH!
  9. Yup... now that you said the word, I googled it and that's exactly what I'm after. Essencially my mp4 file that I record has three audio tracks in it and I need to extract them. Of course as soon as I googled that word VLC came up, but I don't see how to do that within the program and I don't see the option to "extract audio stream" when I right click the file as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_JDVWEB7VI
  10. Hey guys, The title of the thread is pretty self explanatory. I've been playing around with OBS trying to get the best possible quality. I recently figured out how to record multiple audio tracks within one mp4 file, however the editing program that I'm using (hitfilm 4 express) does not see all the tracks. So I'm simply looking for a program that can extract them into multiple different mp3 files so I can either lay them down directly into hitfilm, or do a little sharpening first with Audacity. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Rubberburner89
  11. Yeah... I tried that when I first built the system... all the did is create another set of folders... that can't be intertwined with the originals
  12. .... ur right it's long. Lol. Maybe I should tackle that on the upcoming long weekend Thanks though!
  13. Just a matter of PC cleanliness for me.... A little bit of OCD here.... it also means that every time I click on videos, or documents etc. it will show the parent folder to be C:/.... which isn't technically true. Yes I did double and triple check that I have permission... it just says I can't move them... period.
