TL;DR: I waited way to long to ask advice!
Okay, so I need your best advice, post haste! I have never been so lost when making a build at this time. I am building in a Dan Case A4 (v2), so I got a reasonable cpu and some other parts that go well with it (I think). The only thing I haven't picked is my GPU, and since all my hardware is arriving tomorrow, and most gpu's ship in the Netherlands overnight I have to pick within about two hours. I was thinking a vega64, but in the Netherlands I couldn't find a site that sells less than 2.5 slot vega64's. So I could go a little down in spec, and save a little money, but where is the fun in that XD
So my only real options as far as I can see are 2070's and 1080's. Both the 1080's and 2070's are priced around 650-700 USD (580-700 euro).
So this is a selection of the cards I can easily get my hands on:https://tweakers.net/categorie/49/videokaarten/producten/#filter:HY3BCsIwEET_Zc4J7KaUSj5A8CAI9SYeQrvKQqslKSKW_LtJL8MMM4_Z8NCY1kvUQa46y1lf8CC2TNYRH2DwjqPEfpHhNMJbNljCU3r9CTwTlVjZnSshld1Rp1Vigt_gXNVPmOBv4KZtO9yzQUPc1WLe37iczOFbnEPO-Q8
So maybe the EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 XC for 720 USD

Or maybe a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Gaming OC for 660 USD
