Nevermind guys I found a fix(ish). I just opened the steam from my last OS.

I just tried that and steam began downloading it. I'm not sure if I did something wrong?

Hello! I have approximately 900 US dollars to upgrade my PC. I've always wanted to do watercooling, but I've never had the guts to try it. I've put together a list of parts that I will have after I do the actual system upgrades:http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QgPy23 That leaves me with around 400 dollars to spend on just watercooling. I'd like to do both my GPU and CPU (even though I can't OC my CPU, I'd still like to have it cooled for aesthetic purposes). I was hoping to go for a Razer themed build (black and neon green color scheme). Possibly using black blocks and fittings, clear tubing, and green fluid? To be honest I have pretty much no idea what I am doing, so any help at all is appreciated. If you guys could direct me to some places to get good waterblocks and/or tubing, fittings, radiators, etc. that would be awesome. Also, I looked around for a block for my Zotac 970 and I cannot seem to find one that fits. Would I possibly have to mod a normal 970 block to fit it? Thank you!

Yeah I'm not at all worried about the proc, it's more than capable (especially if he got a good cooler and OC'd it). And he's planning on getting a 970 in August, but he'd love to play it now.
