It's in the right slot now, he took that when trouble shooting

My brother is building his first pc, he is miles away so I can be there and help him myself. He has a ryzen 3700, radeon 5700xt in a Msi x570 a-pro When powering it on fans spin and lights come on but nothing posts. A Cpu error light come on on the motherboard. He has currently tried a cmos restart, using a DP instead of a HDMI, tried with and without the gpu and using only one RAM slot. If anyone can help to identify the problem that would be great. Every time I restart my Laptop I get a Error message and windows then acquires error information. Windows then restarts the system again and everything works fine? No such occurrence when I do a standard shut-down. Any idea anyone? I was thinking a driver problem but I updated my one out of date graphics driver and still have the same problem.

I think they should have a random perk system at the start of the show (Like pick out of the hat) Things like: Can buy one brand new component Cant spend over a certain amount of money on one item Got an unlimited amount to spend on an item Case must include.... You must complete "set task" before actually going out to buy anything Just spit balling Anyone like this any of these idea? Post some of your own, would love to read!

Yeah tried that with no success. Fixed now I uninstalled and reinstalled the network adapter then it wouldnt take the network password even though it was correct, I got around that by connecting using WPS.

In my girlfriends house and only on her laptop, it cant seem to connect directly to the router. I can however connect to a wifi extender on the same network? Next to the original router name there is a white X I have tried updating the laptops network adapter drivers and turning off the "saving power" feature for the network adapter. Any ideas anyone?

Could I remove the old hdd and install windows on the ssd using a flash drive, then once installed just install the hdd back? As i want to use it at storage. Then maybe delete windows off the hdd? Suppose I should back up files just in case something goes wrong
