I just talked my parents into a MSI AMD 380, would that be able to run csgo, skyrim and similar games at moderate levels?

I built my PC last Christmas and focused on the PC and none of the peripherals. I got stuck with a 22inch TV that's 5+ years old. Now I have a budget of 250 but could stretch to 300$, I just need a gaming monitor that gives the best bang for the buck. 1440p or higher and larger than 24 inches is really my only requirements, there are just so many choices.
