  1. Quick update, ordered last night and order was rejected for no given reason I'll be trying again today with a different seller - AK Audio Store, the one I previously used was NICEHCK
  2. thanks can't wait to get the T2s!
  3. thanks, i'll trial the t2s and test their longevity and in turn get a set of comlpys and out of curiousity, which ones did you get? their online compatibility matcher doesn't recognise any brands that TIN go under
  4. same here, my ear openings are miniscule to the point of impracticality, are there different sizes of foamies? and aren't they supposed to be rolled up before insertion or something?
  5. holy crap that takstar video is exactly that
  6. did you ever use the ones whihc came with your t3s? i think they're the same but white, just want to know how much life i can expect out of em
  7. totally true, weirdly he liked the t2s though. anyway can't complain about zeos, it's like top gear, not factually true half the time but undeniably entertaining
  8. how long does it take before foamies wear out? i've heard differing results, some saying you need a new set every 2 months, sound high maintenance to me
  9. If the T2s didn't exist, they would be on my shortlist. I remember seeing these on sale on amazon about a month ago for £30, but considering I am able to get an over ear detachable wire IEM for less, I don't think these are as well suited to me. I've also heard that they're pretty boomy and being a grado guy, I much more value mids+highs over sub bass, then again I, listening to music through my speakers often open sup a whole new dimension with the bass
  10. aren't the t2s supposed to come with already incredible eartips? i dunno, might just be zeos ramble haha
  11. sounds right, i feel like the kefs were a hell of a lot cheaper due to the lack of hype around them, but incredible for what they are. with an eq their mids+highs dont sound far off my grados and they don't suffer from the typical overdone bass, love em! Hopefully the T2s will mirror this listening experience
  12. getting the t2s on thursday (5 year anniversary sale i think) on aliexpress at 50% off, thanks for all the help guys! i'll keep you updated in terms of first impressions or something when they arrive, but again many thanks for the advice
  13. real quick, t2 or yinyoo v2 3rd gen? i heard yinyoo has more bass but more tame highs +5£
  14. decided, there's a sale on aliexpress for $30 (in a couple of days) minus $5 for new customers, so that'll less than £20, looking forward to it
  15. Brainwavz Koel. Speak to me, how are Brainwavz? I know some of you will be irritated that I haven't gone an bought the T2s yet, well it's because I don't know the brand and especially if I'm buying online, I would want to search all possible solutions. They say it's mid range focused and has bright mids, all for £45 with MMCX. Interesting...
  16. T2 sounds right, at least coming from my Grados thank god i dont have to dish out that extra money for the t3s then
  17. Is it EQable? And are the T3s worth it over the T2s? £14 difference
  18. $35 USD on Massdrop right now + UK shipping... might not be a bad idea. I'd like a warranty, but for that price it's hard to complain
  19. Here it is, it keeps on popping up and dissappearing without a trace, but here it is. How is this for the price? https://www.richersounds.com/clearance-bargains/in-store/51/rha-in-ear-mic-headphones.html?instore RHA T20
  20. That was my initial thought, even if I am fine with treble on on ears, doesn't mean that when they're up close to my eras in the way iems are I will like them the same. T2s are definatey an interesting proposition. About Chi Fi - Thoughts on TFZ and Revonext? Both about £40 for the T2 Galaxy and QT2s and both have recieved high praise.
  21. The list I made below has been drastically changed since th original one. Turns out half of the ones on sale went out of stock last night Still, some good contenders on here
  22. I've heard that the T2 Pros are more harsh than the T2s, if you say the T2s are "bright and unforgiving," the I'll pass up on the Pros. I don't mind a bright sound, but if it's sibilant and tinny then I won't bother. Would you say they're more bright or more harsh and painful to listen to? I come from Grados which many percieve to be bright, but I don't, so I may be unaffected by their sound.
  23. KSC75s? Yep I've heard they're incredible and I'd love to try them, but at the same time I value not looking like a moron in public How are the T2s compared to the T3s and T2 Pros. I know the T3s are new and around £70, but is it worth waiting for their price to drop, or to just go with the T2s?
  24. Thanks for the advice! I hear many similar coments about KZ. I guess I'll have to try and find something in the sale or something. If I could theoretically stretch, what do you think about these for the tonality I'm looking for? (In the sale under £50 at the moment) -Fidue A73 £29 -Sony EX650AP £35 -Final Design Heaven II £30 -Final E2000 £40 I know it's unfair to assume you've heard these specififc models, but I just wanted to know if you know their company's sound signatures for reference. Thanks!
  25. Although I'd love to spend £50 on in ears, I can't see a real reason as I already have a very nice pair of on ears which are my main pair (KEF M400s.) I just want a cheap pair for say for example when it's raining and i don't want to ruin my KEFs or to just throw in my pocket and forget until I need them when my headphones aren't there. @kokakolia you said that they're too bright, are they constantly sibilant, or just on certain tracks? As I said, as these are a casual listening pair, I don't need ultra detail, but just nice musicality and balance, so I wouldn't want to get anything TOO bright. Mind you, I have been told by many that my Grados are too bright, but I find them natural sounding, however I have little experience with in ears. The experience I do have tells me that my ears become far more sensitive to highs with in ears than over ears.
