Smokescreen

I recently got a Optix MPG341CQR at Christmas. After 2 weeks the OSD began having issuses where you cant move in the menus. If you try it freezes for s second then goes blank then returns to input. I contacted MSI tried a few of there ideas. No luck. Recently exchanged it same issuses. I have tried mutiple computers, devices, different cables and inputs. Any ideas or thoughts about this? I can't find anything online about defects like this.

It looked to different with or without light. Even pitch black still 2 very different colours. Keyboard blue lightbar purple.

Its set to all blue.

Does anybody else have this? The lightbar and the keys and different colours. It's purple not blue like the rest.

Also I don't know if there were changes in the bios. But it will not let me above 85c. How would I check if it's the psu? Also is that just a bad overclocking motherboard? And/or did I get a crap cpu? I m see way lower voltages and lower temps on other 6700ks.

It's say you can't go back after the update to kaby lake f20. And I don't think matters but I changed corsair power supplys. Can't remember the model. It's fully modular 750w brand new. I tested it in another system before this 1.

Hi before I could get 4.7 on 6700k the voltage on auto it would go up to 1.4v I have change case psu and added fans got a h115i. As well updated the bios on my gigabyte z170 gaming 7 motherboard after some research people are saying you should update if your on skylake. Since all this I can't get above 4.5ghz and it needs around 1.39v and my temps are around 83c in cpu z stress test. Cinebench r15 won't work. I read about the cooler not being on properly U check it and pressed it in as hard as I could and checked the thermal paste it got spread out. Had to re apply my own attic silver 5. Stock in cpu z stress test getting 65c. And I can not change any llc settings just give auto as the option. Any ideas?

Hi so I have a 6700k and gigabyte z170 gaming 7 mother board aswell as ram running at 3866. So in the bios I changed the voltage to 1.35 to get 4.5ghz. But when I ready a benchmark or stress test the voltage goes to like 1.28. In cpu z or corsair it shows 1.35 volts at idle do something and it drops down. All the benchmarks and stress tests work. Where in the bios can I put some way to when the voltage go up for down? If I completely but voltage to auto then it idles at lower voltage and adjusts. And be a bios update I got 4.7ghz on a h80i v2. Just by changing the multiplier and leaving the voltage on auto. But I believe it would go to 1.39v and be 85c+. But I have a h115i now Thanks

2133. I just tried a setting it the bios called enhanced stability. Seems to be doing ok in short aida 64 tests. If I buy I higher rated ram speed am supposed to get that speed?

Hi I built my first PC a little while ago. With It my friend gave me some ram just to get started. I just recently purchased some Ram G.SKILL TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3866. Throught aida64 the test fails if I put the ram at its rated speed. I just xmp in the bios and it when to 3866. Did I get bad ram, is it like it can run "up to that speed", am I doing a setting wrong? The rest of the pc is gigabyte z170 gaming 7 and i7 6700k

Hi watch I remember watching the video were they made Diy privacy screen. My monitir fell and niw theres a scratch out of it the lcd seems fine and from watch the video I just think the polorizing filter came off. Able I able to completely replace it. I sheets on ebay also the seems tobe different specs for the sheets. I was even thinking of buying an iphone or samsung polorizing filter sheet and cutting to just cover the spot. Any thoughts. Its a Benq 2460ht
