  1. I just turned the monitor off and on again, all black spots are gone now. could it be that i have a nvidia GPU and this is a freesync monitor?
  2. I've got nothing else to connect to it. My previous monitor didn't show anything like this. and on the first days on having this monitor it didnt show this stuff, it started showing today.
  3. they are harder to see on picture but with the naked eye it's clearly visible.
  4. No, they are tiny black circles like almost perfect circles.
  5. Whenever i have a gray background (steam or youtube dark mode) i see black circles, they are not fully black but a bit transparent. I bought this monitor 4 days ago, it's the MSI Optix MAG271CQR. I think it's heat damage myself since there is a heat wave going over my country right now and the monitor gets pretty hot, bit i can't tell for sure. But if it was shouldn't it also show on all other colors instead of only dark colors? Sorry for the confusing explanation it's weird for myself as well.
  6. Yes i saw that but the Qflash option did just fine. Thanks a lot for your help, without it i would still be clueless.
  7. Hey there, you where right. The moment I updated the BIOS it worked. Thanks for your help!
  8. How can I update the bios drivers without having Windows on it?
  9. I'll see if I can get it to boot. One question that's not related to this but you might know. The CPU connector on my motherboard has a 8 pin and a 3 pin. Should I also use the 3 pin?
  10. My hardware: Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 2080 Super Ventus OC RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16GB SSD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB PSU: EVGA G3 850 No i have not updated my bios, the first thing i did when i saw the bios is to run my USB with the windows installer on it. Could it be that i just have to update it?
  11. I just build my first PC (yay). and the PC works... Sorta. It goes too bios and shows stuff works but as soon as I leave my bios or try's to boot the SSD it freezes while showing the gigabyte logo. But as soon as I boot the USB with Windows on it it still freezes. Did I break something? I'm kinda afraid I broke my hardware.
  12. i'll try to reinstall the engine:) i remember when i had my first k70 and the lights broke down after just 3 weeks of use, my hearth still hurts when i think about it:)
