ok this is what i am trying to do. Get a Wii emulator on my PC without it really being on my PC. i have a ssd and a hhd winch i keep clean and i intend to keep it that way. but i have a spar old hhd laying around ( its 80g and 5400rpm and running window [idk the version}) so here is the question can i boot my pc from that old hhd and get what ever i want on there and not have it touch and if possible not see my other drives?? thanks

I uninstalled and reinstalled graphics card drivers so I don't think it is that RAM and vram are good to The game I am playing is ghost in the shell stand alone complex

OK so I have a PC with FX 6300 960 2g 8g of ram Not to shabby I have had it for less than a year and FPS has been high. I will have 70-80 fps then every minute or so I will get 20 fps for 1-4 seconds how do I fix this
