  1. Even if an old b350/x370 board has support for ryzen 3rd gen, would the VRMS be fine without active cooling, or would it depend on which 3rd gen processor. IE would it be safe to pair a b350 board with a ryzen 7 3700, or would that be unsafe. Although I would like to upgrade my processor without buying a new board, I dont want to have my processor or motherboard die due to the VRMS overheating, or I believe Hardware Unboxed talked specifically about a storage problem with motherboard and not being able to update the firmware to support the new generation of processors.
  2. This monitor i know its in USD (im american) just copy and paste the name into amazon https://www.amazon.com/Acer-GN246HL-Bbid-24-Inch-Display/dp/B00KO4518I/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1509147373&sr=8-1&keywords=Acer+144hz+gaming
