I don't think you get how processors work, you can overclock you processor untill it gets steady 75-80c under FULL load and I would not recommend even getting to that level let alone past it

Depends if it's under load or not The lower the temperature the better ofcourse

Do you think bf1 will improve the cpu usage? Because, I mean a 6100 hyperthreaded at 3.7 ghz should be good for most games at 1080p these days
