Ah yes i see what you mean about the guidelines, thank you for the advice. As a reply below said there has been no response from the people who need to fix it and at this point we want it open for our own safety cause its not possible for anyone to sleep on that floor.

No there are manual locks/handles but if you push on the window nothing happens

Theyre are other skylights that have been open for days i think were meant to be able to open them

I live in a student accom, the heatwave is killing us on the top floor and need go get this window open, the electrics run into the wall and i think they might be automatic. if anyone recognises the make/brand and can help me override and open the window would be appreciated

First of all im not 100% sure if this post is allowed so if not then i understand if it gets deleted by an admin . After finally replacing every part of my computer one by one and finishing my build, i released that my windows key is no longer valid :/, only just learning that this can happen when doing a full rebuild like this, i naively thought it would carry over on the hard drive somehow?? With my NZXT S340, there were 2 FN V2 Fans Included in the Case, one at the top and one at the back. Does anyone know how i can change the values for these fans? as they dont plug into the motherboard and dont appear in the bios.

firstly i would like to state that i know i am a stupid guy so i dont need to be told this in the replies. Basically someone i (used to) be very good friends with put a link into discord yesterday , and without paying too much attention i clicked what i believed to be a youtube link (i was switching between discord and game pretty quickly so wasnt really looking). It sent me to a video of a 1 second timer. From that point my internet has been crashing and my ping shooting to 2000-4000 ping. It has effected the wifi on my IPhone too. What can i do to combat this or do i have to wait this out? Is this what i think it is or is it somthing else. I willl put the link below incase anyone recognises it but click it at your own discretion. PS i talked to the friend and they said they put it in the wrong server , and was meant for someone else to see if they recognized it.

As seen in the video below as i move the chrome tab across the screen boundaries its contrast seems to change dependant on which screen it is moving to. If it is mostly on the left (main) screen the contrast is lower , and maintains this contrast as it moves ascross the screens, however as soon as more that 50% of the tab is on the second screen , the contrast increases , visable from the blacks becoming darker and the whites becoming brighter. At first i thought it was an issue with the monitors , but the tab doesnt change in colour untill it has crossed screens , meaning that chrome is changing its colour settings based on which monitor it recognises it is on. Please watch the video as i am having a hard time describing this without sounding stupid. Using all these settings i was happy with how the image looked for a few hours . While i play games i have youtube or such on my second screen ( which has what i see as basically perfect colour for me) And took no notice of it. I tabbed out of the game and put the video on my New screen with the above settings and realised how big a difference the two had . I Took These pictures with my iphone as that seems like it will be a good mediator for the two screens. In the new monitor the colours All look out of place and unnatural , with the reds being way to bright and vibrant in both the fore and background , and the rest of the scene looks like there are light sources in every possible angle. In the other picture ( which i deem to be miles better) The image seems much more natural and toned down. Ive spent another hour playing around with the vibrancy and contrast to no avail and im not sure what to do. i tested with other videos too this is just the best example i came up with

yeah i did , its working and this is one of the best presets ive found. Thanks for the help
