  1. My pc is screwing with me right now. Specs are: P8Z68 V LX I5 3570k 16GB DD3 generic samsung memory 630W be quiet power supply Recently my GPU died because od CoD Warzone(thanks activison). After which i started using intergrated HD4000. It worked for a while. One day i tried to turn on the PC and it would not post. I found out that 2 out of 4 memmory sticks died. It kept working on with 8GB of memory for some time. Then after a few days it would not post again and D_RAM led on mobo was flashing red. I tried to force it to retest memory with a button on mobo but still would not post. I tried one and other stick of memory in all 4 slots while reseting the bios in between tests. I only posted once with one stick of ram after about 20 unsucsessful attempts. It booted into bios, said that memory overclocking failed(even though I have never overclocked it before). Anyways it reseted to default, restarted to apply changes only to not turn on again. It will not boot since. My question is if this is a mobo fault or a memory fault? No point buying another memory moduels if it will produce the same result. Thank you for your time
  2. Hello everyone! I've found an xeon e 5472 for cheap with no need to make cuts on the mobo socket because im thinking about using it in a 775 socket https://www.willhaben.at/iad/kaufen-und-verkaufen/d/cpu-177946101/The problem is the my mobo supports only 1333 fsb and this cpu has 1600 fsb. Is that a actual problem? My mobo is ASUS P5G41T-M LX. I've found one site which says that this mobo will support this particular cpu on 775 socket with that little sticker on the bottom of it. I've found that info on this site http://www.delidded.com/lga-771-to-775-adapter/3/#asus searching for my mobo.

  14. I have Q8400 at stock clock. Right now I have a hd 6850 in the machine and 8gb of ddr3 memory, but that gpu is just suffering with new games and i was thinking about upgrading it with some newer GPU. I'm thinking something like r9 270x, gtx 960, gtx 760 or r9 280. I was wondering if anyone has any better suggestions, or which one of thoose gpu I've mentioned is best. The price range is somewhere about the cards I've mentioned. Cheers!
