If you're sticking with android and just want nothing but the most performance, then I recommend the oneplus 3. Another option is the Leeco Pro3 but I reckon it will be hard to get. Or if you want the best camera then go for the galaxy s7 or s7 edge. The iPhone 7 is the best when it comes to performance and has a camera that rivals the s7's and s7 edge's, but you might not be familiar with iOS as it is nearly a completely different software.

First of all, it's a recovery and not a bios. Second of all are you running a custom recovery or the the one that came with it (stock recovery).
