  1. On board graphics are disabled. UEFI doesn't have settings for Gfx in certain PCI-E ports but nothin power or boot related. It semester to be for gigabyte o board gaming settings or some such. With this on and off there Is no difference.
  2. I have not, but I Will be in about 2 hours. I just can't imagine what would cause the GPU to not boot and then without fail boot every time it gets reset.
  3. I have had this issue since I got the GPU. I have tried several different drivers but without Luck. I would normal chalk it up to a defective GPU. However it performs perfectly in all other aspects. Im convinced theres a solution, I just can't find it.
  4. Hi Guys I have a problem where I simply can not figure out why this is happening. Every time my computer has been off for a couple of hours my GPU doesn't start during post. My screen register the boot but doesn't remain on. It shuts off After a few seconds. And then nothing happens untill I reset. Then the computer Posts just fine. I have a Gigabyte GTX 1080 Xtreme gaming. Gigabyte HD3P Z270 Intel Core i7 6700K @ stock clocks Main drive is a Samsung M.2 drive on the motherboard. My display is a Acer Predator X34 G-Sync I have switched motherboard. I have switched PSU. Both were approximately 200+ watts over the systems Max requirements at Max load. Tested GPU in the other PCI-E ports. UEFI is the newest version. Firmware on the GPU is the newest version. I havent been able to find anything in the UEFI that seems relevant to this issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated
  5. Like I mentioned earlier I have used ASUS motherboards for various builds over the last 15years. I love many things about their products. But AIsuite has always been a bit of a pain. I had set it up with manually configured Fan profiles. I pushed the power button and went to get some coffee for what was supposed to be a Friday night of gaming. Instead I came back to my Thermal alarm from my CPU block going off. If I hadnt had an In line Thermal sensor in the loop I might not have noticed before it had damaged my system. I had been having other issues with the motherboard, but this just pushed me over the edge. And maybe after 15years its time to try something different. I just wish I hadnt forgotten to sanitize the system before starting. Thud letting ASUS get the last laugh-
  6. Im throwing in the Towel Formatting and Reinstalling windows.
  7. With my experience so far that is looking more and more likely.
  8. Im sorry I know you mean well...but how is this supposed to help me? Ive had ASUS for the last 15 Years and every time, I have had issues with their sensors. Only this time it stopped My radiator Fans and Pump. It nearly killed my system. I will take 100% fanspeed over 0% , any day of the week
  9. Today I finally got fed up with my ASUS motherboard not registering or handling Temps and Fans correctly. So in a Fit of frustration I ran to the nearest computer store and got myself a Gigabyte motherboard instead. After having installed it, it dawned on me, that in my hurry I had not sanitized me system. So now I am fighting AISUITE 3 constantly telling me it cant run. Sll the while it cant be removed because there are related processes running. I have restarted the system in safe mode and even here the program wont uninstall. I have attempted to kill every related process I could find all without any luck. Im seriously debating reinstalling just to get rid of this damn program. ASUS does alot of things right...But AIsuite was in my opinion never one of them. Im running win 10 Pro Any help would bee greatly appreciated
  10. you would increase performance. But not by much. The push fan is working to squeeze air through the radiator. adding a pull fan will ease the workload of the push fan. So it doesnt have to work as hard to move the same amount of air. But adding a second fan SP or AF wont increase the airflow through the radiator significantly. It will however allow you to maintain a the same airflow at lower RPMs
  11. There is only a very slight increase in performance. Airflow through the radiator is set by the static pressure fan. The airflow fan will increase the airflow but not as much as a static pressure fan. Im assuming you want the AP fans as the pull fans. Essentially the airflow fans would create a small vacuum (equal to their static pressure rating) on their side of the Radiator. This would increase airflow through the radiator. How ever the permormance gain would be marginal at best. You will always be better off with Static pressure fans in push pull configuration.
  12. Do you have a rought idea of how you want to your runs to go? Are you aware that the radiator you have chosen doesnt have both ports in the same end? This isnt a problem in any way I just want to make sure it wasnt a mistake.
  13. I remain optimistic. I watched the anniversarry stream and things are looking great. You can see how far they have come. They even showed the Tools they have had to develop to be able to make the game in the engine. But if you want an inside look at some of the reasoning for the delays and into the development. Kotaku had a good article. (Link Below) Inside the troubled development of Star Citizen - Kotaku
  14. I Agree The D5 pump has a Head Pressure of 4m I think. Your loop sounds quite intricate, the more fittings radiators and twists and turn you add to your loop the greater the resistance. This may be the pump simply not moving cool water around the loop fast enough. The AIOs would perform better because they had individual pumps and Radiators. I had a Similiar setup and Ran a Swiftech MCP35X2 to get enough pressure. This has a Head pressure of 8-9m
  15. A couple of things that would be helpful> Where are you located And what is your budget Also do you want to only cool the CPU, or the graphics too?
