  1. Okay, thank you for thinking outside of the box that I was closed in
  2. Hello, I am having troubles digging up information on DVI-i. Basically I want to set up an end all be all living room PC. I am a retrogamer and have both a large digital TV and an analogue CRT in my living room. I have been trying to find a good card with analogue output, and that is hard in 2018. However, during my search I learned that an old card I have lying around, a GTX 960, has DVI-i which is apparently analogue. I hit a bit of a roadblock trying to find a cable or converter to go from DVI-i to preferably S-video or RCA. Maybe I have the wrong idea of DVI-i, but either way, I am having a hell of a time finding information on it. Any advice, information, or anything would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
  3. Hey, I found some ddr3 and an i5 4440. I just need some help finding a good motherboard that won't destroy my wallet. I have looked for hours and came up with nothing but refurbished Garbo or extremely overpriced used. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  4. I think that might do it, at 60hz, everything looks fine, but 144hz might be too much to push through the cable. I appreciate your speedy response.
  5. Thank you for your help, but this is a picture of what I am talking about, I don't know much about monitors.
  6. I have a Monster display-port cable, its a bit older, but I wasn't sure if I needed a DP 1.4 cable or if those were just BS.
  7. I've tried turning the (GTG) response time down in the osd, and it helps the issue with ghosting, but that confuses the hell out of me
  8. V-sync off, monitor is gsync. Specs: Core i7 4790k 16gb quad channel ddr3 GTX 1070 Strix Samsung 850 evo (SATA0
  9. Hello, I have never had a 144hz monitor or a 1440p monitor, but I got me a girl that could do both. Straight out of the box, my Dell S2716DG looked fine, until I turned it to 144hz. Now I have artifacting at random places, I turned off my graphics overclock, with no results. Also the "1ms" response time has to be false even when I changed it to fast in the OSD, I noticed this while scrolling on a webpage. What can I do to fix the response times and the artifacting?
  10. I have recently purchased three asus VE258Q monitors, and no one has measurements for their bezels. I would love to surround game, but without knowing the bezel size, I get nauseous. Please Help!
