ASrock ok for mobo? and i does it mean on the ddr4 3466+ oc, does it mean that i can oc a 2400mhz memory or just the 3200mhz and pcnewbie said that a 3200mhz will slow down the pc or something

what do you mean by overclock the i5? can i OC an i5-6500? and 1060 3gb is it fine to play AAA games like new coming call of duty, dishonored2, assasins creed, sinper elite4, and the like?
