  1. Thanks for the replies, I switched my Power Plan to High Performance, but the clock speeds still drop to around 3.3-3.6GHz. The clocks are 4.4GHz @ 1.33V. The computer isn't crashing or anything while stress testing, so the voltage should be good.
  2. Hey, I'm new to new to overclocking CPUs, but I decided to overclock my i5 6600k and see how far it goes. Well, at 4,4GHz @ 1.35 (probably excessive), I got it running without any crashes whatsoever. However, while running IntelBurnTest, I noticed that after around 20-30 seconds, the clock speeds dropped to around 3.0-3.2GHz and stabilized there. The CPU temp was around 60 degrees Celsius. I've a Noctua NH-U14s cooling the CPU. Any ideas what could be wrong?
  3. Hey, so I've had a W10 PC for around 2 months now, and I've been noticing strange behaviour in my download speeds and connection. When I turn on my computer I cannot access certain websites (exc. Youtube for example) for around 2-3 minutes. It's giving me a connection error, even though I have internet connection. Sometimes my download speeds drop to around 1.2 mbps, even though normally it's around 5-6 mbps. I've tried flushing my DNS cache several times and releasing/renewing my IP, but none of that has worked for me. I have an Ethernet connection through a powerline adapter, but my laptop works perfectly fine through the same adapter. WiFi connection works perfectly fine, too. Virus scans are giving me nothing also. Anyone of you have an idea what could be wrong?
  4. Yes, looks like it's the case that is vibrating. Applying pressure to the HDD and the tray either stops or starts the vibration, depending on its position.
  5. Hey, I've had a 2TB Seagate Barracuda for about 2 months now. The problem is that it keeps doing this low humming noise inside my Define R5 case. I've tried to strap rubber bands around the HDD tray and the HDD itself, but it hasn't helped. The screws themselves of course have rubber rings on them. Not sure if the fault lies in the HDD trays or the HDD itself. Has anybody here had similar issues or know a good solution?
