  1. Hey guys, Ive been looking around for a new monitor and these two have caught my eye. 1)Samsung $107 s22f350fhe http://www.samsung.com/nz/consumer/monitors-printers/monitors/led-monitor/LS22F350FHEXXY 2)Dell $124 s2216h http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/accessories/apd/210-afut?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=210-AFUT The main difference between the 2 is that the dell is an IPS monitor. Is the $17 extra worth it for an IPS panel instead of a TN one. All other specs seem identical.
  2. All right guys thx I'll make sure to do some before-after benchmarking too
  3. Right can I reset the BIOS settings by just setting it to factory defaults? Or do I need to remove the CMOS battery?
  4. I'm upgrading my Pentium g3258 to an i5 4440 soon. It was over clocked and has a vcore of 1.25v. Do I need to reset the BIOS before I place the new CPU? More importantly, will the motherboard pick a suitable voltage for the i5 or will it stay at 1.25v? P.S All vcores of each CPUs (even the same models) are different . Does the motherboard determine the default voltage? If so,how?
  5. Well it's a good thing I have a gtx 950 and a 768p monitor haha. I mean I only expect it to last until ~2020. I'll get a new Zen build or something after that
  6. Lol he's at $120 min, to me it's a little too expensive but seems like the best option. Rather then getting an i3 or a new outdated i5 (where that money could have gone to a future build) I guess the i5 4440 and 4460 have the same functional lifetime. Anyway, thanks guys! I'll be getting the 4440
  7. OK then, but do you guys think $120 is a fair price for a 4-year old i5 4400? Seems a bit pricey but it's not like I have options anyway...
  8. Hi guys I'm currently rocking a Pentium g3258 @ 4Ghz with a gtx 950. the pentium was great but now it's starting to falter (crazy fps dips on no man's sky, shadow of mordor, bottlenecking in Csgo) So I decided to get myself an upgrade. I have 3 options -1) Used i5 4440 for $120 -2) New i5 4460 for $173 -3)New i3 4170 for $110 I don't like option 2 because hashwell is beginning to age and Zen/Kaby Lake are around the corner. Seems like a waste of $173. Should I go for option 1 or 3? Idk why the thought of a used processor is bugging me (when it shouldn't )
  9. I want to get this monitor http://www.lg.com/my/monitors/lg-22M47D However I can't find any information whether it's a TN or IPS screen. If it is an IPS I would like to buy it. It's a $85 1080p 21.5" 5ms screen. Can someone help?
  10. Hi, I have a GTX950 but my old VGA monitor requires an adapter and it often sags so the monitor goes out of signal. Therefore, I am looking for a new monitor. I am looking at these monitors: -http://www.lg.com/my/monitors/lg-22M47D -http://www.samsung.com/uk/business/business-products/business-monitor/essential/LS22F350FHUXEN The samsung costs $25 more. Please dont suggest any other monitors, I am only able to get one of these two. Thank you.
  11. I bought a sapphire r7 250 1GB GDDR5 for $91. I've used it for 2 years, it's in good condition + never overclocked. What is it worth?
