7 years old but still very competitive

So i recently bought a new motherboard. I went from a z68 xtreme 4 to an z77 extreme 4. I overclocked my cpu on my old motherboard and it was fine. The clock downscaled depending on the load but with my new motherboard it stays at a constant 4600 mhz. I was hoping one of you would know what i did wrong and what i need to change. I'll include the settings in the photo's i attached

The problem is i havent got any keyboard laying around. so i have to have a keyboard. i'll just go with that build and go over my budget. Thanks for the help everyone

Im trying to stay around €750 ish. But a little bit over the budget can be good too

Hey everyone. Im getting into buying a gaming PC and i have put together what looks like a pretty decent build. But i am worried my CPU cant make full use of my gpu. If anyone could help me that would be greatly appriciated. If there are improvements to be made tell me too please .
