I did do a clean install of Windows 10 when it came out (about a month after but whatever). Specs are as follows (sorry should have listed them first) AMD FX 8350 Gigabyte GA 990FX UD3 Gigabyte 970 Windforce edition OCZ zt series 750 watt PSU Kingston HyperX 3K C drive Samsung 850 evo game drive WD Black Storage Drive

I have had 16GB of DDR3 in dual channel for months now. I upgraded to windows 10 about a month after it came out and there were no problems. I recently was checking resource monitor because Adobe Premiere was acting up and being slow. Turns out it had a fraction of the RAM allocated to it than it did before. It is the latest version and I honestly have no idea what to do now.

It downloaded properly and installed but its currently stuck at "The updates are installed, but Windows 10 Setup needs to restart for them to work. After it restarts, we'll keep going from where we left off" What am I supposed to do? Should I restart my computer? The stupid spinning wheel is still goin' strong and it has been stuck here for 20 minutes. Pls...

So I have downloaded the 64 bit version and ran the media creation tool to "install windows on this PC" or something along the lines of that. It downloaded properly and installed but its currently stuck at "The updates are installed, but Windows 10 Setup needs to restart for them to work. After it restarts, we'll keep going from where we left off" What am I supposed to do? Should I restart my computer? The stupid spinning wheel is still goin' strong and it has been stuck here for 20 minutes. Pls...

gmail

When I go to Auto sync it doesn't show the gmail account. When I tap the plus button to add an account, gmail shows up but when I enter my Email it says duplicate account... "Google" is under auto-sync. When I tap on that, it shows my email being synced and location settings is set to high accuracy. I have really hit a wall here, anything else I can do

So I've had an HTC One M8 for about a year now and about a month or so ago it started to not auto update me with my e-mail. Because of my school situation I was heavily dependent on my e-mail being fetched on a constant basis. Now I'm lucky to receive 1 notification in a day (still same amount of e-mails) and this notification "groups" my mail that I receive. I will receive a notification saying "8 new messages" with the Gmail logo as opposed to before where I had the sender's e-mail in the notification as it would appear. I have tinkered a bit with my fetching settings but overall I have not gotten the issue resolved. If anyone could help me with this that would be greatly appreciated

I'm off to University soon and I'm looking for a laptop for my work and (depending on the circumstances) light gaming I live in Canada so take that into consideration with pricing/availability I will be doing accounting but the qualities I am looking for the most include THIN AND LIGHT! $600-$1200 Good Battery Life (I don't want to be tethered to the wall the whole time) 1080p≥ good build quality I guess i'll have to go with 15.6" to get my numpad eh? I am aware that asking for discrete graphics is probably a stretch as of this point but anything is better than Intel HD XXXX Also what is your opinion on the UX305

i accidentally wrenched my headphones out of my front panel audio port (STUPID CHAIR!) and it is now bent if i have headphones in it, it makes tinny sound unless i bend it back to its original straight positon, then it works as normal The strange part (this might be my ignorance) is that now my speakers dont work, at ALL. Windows recognizes them, sound is appearing in the little visualizer but there is no sound. Is the front audio affecting the rear? Is it "muting" the rear port because it thinks something is in the front port? I don't know what to do! please help! Edit: I will not be able to respond for a while as it is currently 4:00 am
