  1. But how can I be sure that its the mobo and not something else ?
  2. I was hoping that RMA would be the last option, since I wont have any pc if I did RMA it
  3. Ah yes, I forgot to mention this but I've updated the bios already. Any other recommendation ?
  4. So I got a new motherboard and cpu which is Ryzen 5 2600x and Asus b350-f. After I finish building my pc I noticed few problems: 1.Half of my memory got "hardware reserved" and I found that its probably a faulty memory, windows can see that its 8GB but the bios only shows 4gb (its a 2x4GB trident z 3200mhz kit) and the pc wont boot if I just put the probably faulty ram, I only got black screen and not even loading the bios. 2.CPU clock is stuck at 2.2Ghz even though I've set the ratio to auto and even at 36 or lower, I've did some stress test for the CPU with prime95 but the utilization is maxed at 61% Is this just another setting error or do I get faulty products ? I NEED HELP !! Someone please help me...
  5. Is this for real ? an 8GB RX 570 ? I thought there's only a 4GB version but nooo theres the 8GB version http://sapphirenitro.sapphiretech.com/en/570-8.html Can anyone explain something ? or give some arguments ?
  6. I'm not sure and something happened again after the windows loading disappear the screen goes blank and the fan spins like crazy, I'm scared
  7. So here I am, curling inside my blanket waiting for the windows to diagnose and repair my laptop. I was just restarting my laptop and after that the loading screen was stuck on restart !! I'm having a nervous breakdown. I've tried to remove and put in the ram, the hdd and everything. But it stays like that, the last thing I did before a restart was just benchmarking with unigine. Any idea what should I do if the windows repair don't work ? Any suggestion is appreciated, I know its just a laptop but she's my only one, and I dont know what to do without her. And yeah its an Asus N551ZU
  8. http://www.sapphiretech.com/compare.asp?AddID=2779&lang=eng If the price differences between the pulse and nitro version is negligible, I'd suggest you to get the nitro version.
  9. Would you care to provide us with pictures of the insides of your pc ?
