  1. I'm now at 43 degrees celsius. I'm pretty sure this is fine for the Rx 480 with a reference cooler.
  2. Thanks for the feedback, I'm just going to try "TURNING IT OFF AND ON AGAIN" first
  3. So yeah, we all do it. I was looking for a way to mine bitcoin with my old Rx 480. I made a wallet with Blockchain and I wanted to start mining. I decided to head over to Bitminer.io. After finding out it there was no way to stop the mining, I started panicking. My GPU temperature is at 62 degrees only running chrome, closing the chrome tab is also not working. I'm probably never going to get into bitcoin mining again, this is terrifying. Can anyone help? Pat.
  4. Looks like that hasn't worked, could I possibly need a new battery?
  5. Just trying that now, I've got up this morning and it's not even letting me enter the bios, it crashes on the splash screen
  6. Thanks for the help, just getting to it now. I am duel booting ubuntu btw
  7. I'm having to use my phone to write this as my pc is not even getting past the bios. I can't even use my keyboard to boot into the bios either. It boots up, hits the Asus splash screen because I have an Asus z97-p motherboard and then it completely freezes. I really need some help, thanks, Pat.

  9. The budget is closest to £500.00 as possible, thats $672.69
  10. Hi guys, just helping a friend with buying a cheap laptop with a backlit keyboard. What do you guys think to this? https://www.asus.com/uk/Laptops/ASUS-VivoBook-S14-S410UA/ Thanks, Pat
  11. Thanks for the feedback guys, that last one looks the most promising.
  12. Hi Guys, Trying to help someone with purchasing a laptop. It needs to have an SSD, be 14" or more and be £500.00 or lower. As well as this, it will need a back-lit keyboard because often working in the dark is something he has to deal with. Thanks, Pat.
  13. Hi Guys, so I've had this one chair now for the last 6 years. I brought it from Ikea back in 2011 for £35. It was a nice cheap chair for the time and it has served me well. However, this chair is now starting to fall apart on me, the material is ripping at the edges and the comfort of the chair has very much gone as the material has been worn over time. As a result I'm now in the market for a new, comfortable, ergonomic and good quality office chair that will last a very long time. I use my computer for around 6 hours give or take everyday and I'm looking for a chair that will suit my needs and that someone can recommend. I have a few suggestions below. I am not worried about the price of the chair, however the best bang for the buck is advised. That said, I am also not wanting to spend over £300.00. Chair suggestion 1: https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/u4f/Ergonomic-Office-Executive-Computer-Footrest-Headrest-Standard/B01MCQBEM5/ref=aag_m_pw_dp?_encoding=UTF8&m=AT2QXFTZ6P2MN&th=1 Chair suggestion 2: https://www.amazon.co.uk/iKayaa-Ergonomic-Executive-Computer-Headrest/dp/B01MCQGQZJ/ref=pd_sbs_201_10?_encoding=UTF8&refRID=0G7N1WSXJTYYF34BZR8Q&th=1 Also, I have seen video reviews of these chairs and they tick all the boxes for me, but I am not sure if the video was a legit review or if the reviewer was maybe paid to say the chair was good.
