  1. Solve your heat problem first with a liquid cooling kit like the NZXT Kraken G10 and Corsair H55 in combo runs about $90 total. You will than have a well cooled card that you can start overclocking with out to much worry of heat damage or throttling. But with the 1060 I wouldn't even overclock it beyond what EVGA did for it to carry the FTW name.
  2. The solution to this for these big data systems, will eventually be checking any data being posted to their systems. If it fails and is flagged as against terms and agreements temp ban the user with a message for why and let them know their account is under review, and send a request to an overview group to look into the post and ban the account that is being used to upload this stuff to their servers. I do the same with my web site it prevents illegal login attempts, and invalid submissions from being saved to the servers ( text data only). True they would have to hire people for this overview group but that is about it. Why do you think they are dropping so much money into deep learning systems, validation AI systems. Hurray. (Scan => Fail => Delete). Also in these situations the person to blame is the person that performed the action, not the person or company that makes the vehicle, otherwise we would all sue the car manufacturers when someone hits someone else with their car.
  3. Corsair: AF(air flow) for non radiator fans SP (static pressure) for radiator fans. Been using them for years and years and they are quiet almost never break and do the job very well. The ones you buy depend on how much you want to spend.
  4. 1. Remove the kit from the system. 2. Fill a sink with light soapy water ( soap is important cause it helps the water remove stuff ). 3. Submerge the radiator and shake it around under the water. 4. Drain the sink and turn the faucit onto high pressure medium warm water. 5. Wash out the radiator using the faucit pressure and maybe use a plastic handled with plastic bristle scrubbers. I mean the fins here, DO NOT DISCONNECT THE HOSE and flush the radiator just wash out the fins. ( This may seem obvious to everyone but there are some people out there that it may not be to them. ) 6. Shake out as much of the water as possible. 7. Air dry overnight. 8. Test to make sure radiator is dried before putting it back in your system. I do this about every 5 months or so.
  5. Building my next rig over the next two months ( due to limited availabilty of the EVGA 1080 GTX FTW Hybrid card )..

This will be my first Intel based system since the Pentium 3 lol.
