yeah but I set it to 60hz but do you have any solutions though?

I think It's a refresh rate problem (60 hertz currently) but when I try resetting it, the problem a resolved for a minute or so but starts flickering again. Any Solutions other than changing the refresh rate?

yes of course that would work but i'm look if there is a solution for this, such as a script that will cause what ever is downloading to not create shortcuts on other desktops

Yeah I do that but for some programs it doesn't allow me to choose

Whenever I download a game or any application a shortcut keeps showing up on my family's account and they get annoyed at me and they think I did something to their account but I really didn't.

When I ever I try to stream a game on twitch, I can stream the video through OBS but not the SOUND. I want to find a solution that is Free and also works. *Please do not suggest any other kind of streaming software

I looking for suggestions for a good cooler that can support an overclocked processor (original: 3.2ghz) of 4.2ghz. I know a water cooler would be a good choice for this but it'd be nice to know if there were air coolers that'd might work too
