No, AutoUpdates are turned off and the iOS version that he is on is iOS 13.4.1. We've tried turning iTunes WiFi Sync on and off as well as reinstalling after deleting and force restarting etc. It's connected via USB as well, and on iTunes it shows it in the devices list. Hi for some reason I’m trying to install AltStore, and it’s not letting us sign in via Apple ID on the same WiFi network (on the iPhone). I’m doing this for a friend as I’ve already done it for myself on my iPhone XR. My friend has an iPhone 11 Pro Max (if that’s relevant), and it has been restarted via the computer and the phone (force restarted etc) multiple times. Do you think you guys could help us figure this out? We just want to get this jailbreak
