    thanks for all the replies but to clarify the idea of using step up is a novel and ideal one its not for mye and i was hoping that you folks might have a specific fan controller in mind when uggesting and temps rise to around 50 degrees celcius which isn't very hot overall is still a big issue as my room has only one window that doesn't open every wide as a result the hot air doesn't really get circulated out leading to an overall temp increase in my room and i'm hoping that the higher level rpm will allow for the fans to cool th radiator better and shift and circulate air in my room better although i know its not their intended purpose

    @hackzilla Thanks but looked at both webpages was wondering been on i phones for a while since the were the default company issue phone but this year we are allowed to choose so i'm contemplating jumping to android.

    Hello All Currently looking for a fan controller that wont use a 5.25 drive bay and can suport 24 V fans as my case is running hot and got my hands on some cheap noctua industrial series fans. all advice welcome
