I am uber happy right now! The PC was running at 35°C idle at 4.4ghz with the old jet plate, It is now running at 22°C idle with the proper jet plate installed! I didn't think it would make that much of a difference but I was wrong!
The EVGA Sli bridge and it is awesome! Has a little LED which will be getting a colour change shortly.
Pics are coming very soon! Cant wait now!

650Ti cannot be SLI'd.
I suggest you save up your money for a bigger upgrade IMO. Just OC the 650Ti.
