Hello, I just moved into my campus’ dorm and to connect to the WiFi you have to sign in to a web page that pops up when you connect. Unfortunately some devices like google home and smart TVs can’t connect to these networks since there’s no way to sign in. There is an Ethernet port in the wall but that also requires you to sign in when you connect. Any ideas on how to get these devices connected? Is there any way to avoid having to sign in?

Connected a Netgear WiFi extender and lost all internet access

Just tried uplugging it and nothing happened. Going to try to factory reset the router -
Bought a Netgear nighthawk x4 WiFi extender and set it up. Followed all the directions and the next thing I know none of the internet works. I have my desktop hooked up via Ethernet and even that doesn’t work. All the lights on the router are on and I’ve tried restarting it multiple times. Talked to Netgear support on the phone and they want to charge me 200 dollars for someone to come out and fix it. Is there a way to fix it myself?

This issue is happening in multiple games. For example Rainbow Six Siege and Dota 2.

Ok that solves my ps4 issue but what about my pc?

Every 10 seconds or so when i'm playing games my game freezes and teleports me around. My fps stays the same with no drops or such and my ping is a constant 50. I also tried a game on my ps4 and it does the same thing. I had my isp send someone over and try and fix it but I've had no luck. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it?

Opened the resource monitor. It showed that a lot of the memory was being used by chrome. I closed all of the chrome processes and still saw that a lot of memory was still being used. Is this normal?

For the past couple weeks I've noticed many stutters in my games. I look at task manager and I see that I am using most of my RAM. I also see that the highest process that is running isn't using much RAM. I have 16 gigs of RAM. I don't know why its using so much. I have ran an antivirus software and booted into safe mode. When I booted into safe mode the problem wasn't happening but once I restarted it happened again. Please Help!

I checked if everything is all the way in, and everything was. I only have 1 pcie slot on my mobo

Took out the battery like you said and waited 15 minutes but it still won't work.

I tried integrated graphics and it works. I have also tried hdmi on the gpu and it still won't work

The monitor is on and the computer is on. It just won't display anything. I'm using dvi and the monitors setting is on dvi

Just built a new pc and the monitor will not turn on. I've tried reseating everything but it still won't wake up. Everything in the pc works and the monitor does too. The graphics card is an rx 470 and the motherboard is an asrock h110-hds. Please help.

Hi, im building a pc for a friend and I have downloaded a non genuine version of windows. He would like to upgrade to windows 10 though. If we purchase a cd key for windows 10 will it work? Thanks

Ive been looking at the speeds during some of my games and its stayed around 3600 mhz.

I don't know exactly what your talking about. Is it in the bios? It says the cpu frequency there is 3.500 ghz.
