The raid card in the back up server failed no backup and more

Additional info:
I'm using the intel processor because it was free from my old job, I am planing to upgarde and redo all the server and setup same rending fram server .And upgrade all the fileserver to a 50tb back up server and a 20tb fileserver with a 1tb caching server on a 10gb network
