  1. I'm thinking it's possible, they may not dance well together, but bare in mind, the card WORKED when we got it initially, and when we built the system.
  2. Yes, both my friend's and my systems work with other GPUs, it is just this RTX 2070
  3. Windows does not detect the card. I have it plugged in currently, and I'm using my 8700k's integrated graphics. I thought about the BIOS issue, but I wasn't sure since the card did work before.
  4. On my system I have an i7 8700k, the iGPU works when the 2070 is installed, even though I have it on auto in the BIOS.
  5. The power supply in my system is a Thermaltake smart series 600w, and in my friends, I believe we went with a TT smart series 700w.
  6. I bought an EVGA RTX 2070 XC Black recently for a friend's build and I tested the card at home in my system to make sure it worked (and to steal the game code for Modern Warfare). It worked in my system, we got the rest of the parts, built the computer, and it worked in his system as well, but only for a day. The day after we built it, he was telling me that it was not outputting to the monitor. I checked it out, and it certainly was not working. The blue that usually lit up the text on the side of the card was not lit, the fans were spinning at full blast, and we were getting no output from the card. I took it home and tried on my system and the same symptoms were seen. I've tried several things, obviously reseating didn't work, we tried on two systems with two different motherboards, PSUs, and everything really. The only thing that I can think of at this point is trying other PSU cables, but I do not have any on hand, and don't want to buy any unless I have to. The reason why I think it's not drawing power from the power supply is because I plugged the card in, and tried turning my system on without the PSU cables plugged into the card, and it did the same thing as mentioned before: no lights, fans full blast, no output. The card is no longer available for return, so, I was curious if anyone had any ideas as to what the problem is, and/or how to fix it, or if, God forbid, we just wasted $600. I've included some images that show what I am talking about, though, I'm not sure how helpful they are in this situation.
