Well thanks for the idea will surely look into that rather than buying this extra part i am not sure about. Seems like ssd's are very light and double sided tapes can hold them up.

my case only included 1 tray. im already using that. checked my box didnt find any screws or extra trays thats why im looking into this.

i am sorry for not providing info. its a sandisk 16 gb cruzer blade. the hard drive is a 1tb WD Blue. Not sure what other things I can provide to determine if these speeds are slow. its few large files. i tried 4 gb, 2 movie files and it took longer than usual.

Recently I noticed that my transfer speeds from my HDD into my usb seemed to take longer. I noticed it only was around 4.5-5 mbp/s. is there anything wrong with this? or should I be getting faster speeds. I just noticed that transferring movie file 1gb-2gb. takes longer.
