So I seemed to fix it by changing it in game from 1920x1080p 59.94 Hz to 1080p 50 hz. I have no clue why that fixed the problem

So my cousins pc has just started going into a continuous boot loop, where the motherboard logo wont even show up and he cant seem to enter the BIOS. Events leading up to this stage: I sold him the pc without a PSU and with an older Hard drive with windows installed. He has been playing video games and browsing the web and just everyday things the past week without hitch when this problem suddenly occurred two nights account. Trouble shooting done: Put in a different hard drive with windows already installed, tested the PSU with the paper clip method and it "appeared" to turn on, and lastly we reseated the Ram and Gpu. If you have any solutions or resolve to our problem it would greatly be appreciated.

So I've just realized once hopping back into Battlefield 1 and Rainbow six siege, that both these games are blurry in full screen mode, however they are perfectly sharp in borderless mode. I cant seem to fix the problem. I am running a gtx 1070 with i5 7600k with 16gb of ram. Ive tried going into the Nvidia control panel to adjust colour and size options but nothing appears to work. I would like to pay full screen not borderless.

So I was just about to purchase a NH-D15 when I decided to go look at some more benchmarks of other coolers when I stumbled on a bunch of benchmarks comparing the two cooler s in my title above. The U14S is about $20 cheaper in Canada and in all the benchmarks that I watched it had lower temps in everything that has been done. Now I just don't understand how this is happening when the U14S has one less radiator and fan. Ples help

I want to get the cyrorig h7 Lumi, but it does not appear to be available in Canada just yet. The regular looks good as well, but am I getting the best performance for under $100?

I have an msi z270i motherboard with a i5 7600k with GEIL luce Rgb ram in a fractal design nano s case. My problem is my AIO pump is dying and I would like to try air cooling, however I need it to fit the case and fit with the ram that I have while having good temperatures. Any suggestions are great!
