  1. bump, i've even got the whole thing out of the case on a static free bag to test if the case did anything to it. answer was no.
  2. sorry forgot to mention, it means "ready to boot event, tried all my solutions based off that. started with a windows boot USB on a fresh SSD aswell.
  3. so i recently had my pc not post after a bios update with the code "Ad" on my Gigabyte AX370-gaming 5 motherboard, but now i just bought a new crosshair VII hero motherboard in hopes this will be the fix. But as i just found out this one launches with EXACTLY the same code....After launching it without RAM i got the 46 code but that seems to be fair afaik. im so lost now and i don't know what i can do to fix this anymore.. i've tried everything, clear CMOS, reseat RAM/GPU, remove all components not needed to boot, multiple monitors / cables, new SSD, no SSD at all, update bios via USB BIOS flashback. PLEASE help me fix this, im really at the end of what i can think off. (could this have something to do with my RAM?) pc: MOBO: Asus Crosshair VII Hero GPU: MSI GTX 1070 8GB CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700x RAM: Micron MTA8ATF1G64AZ-2G6E1 (2x 8GB) PSU: Corsair RM750X SSD: Samsung 750 evo 250gb
