    Hi, I want to make my chrome all tab focused on my chrome browser, by default only one tab focused when clicked, but when I minimize my browser my tab is needed to be focused to continue loading, and I need to stay on the page and wait too long to finish, please help to make all tab focused.     So if my GTA V FPS run on 40-75 but often run on 40-60 should i cap at 60 FPS on 75 Hz? or just use V-Sync to cap at 75 FPS on 75 Hz?

    Ok I have a problem with my GTA V, my FPS suddenly going up and down while driving, fire a rocket launcher, chasing with cops, and other else. When im not doing stuff I have 75+ FPS, and when im on action i get 44-58 FPS (sometimes 60+) So my question is should i cap my FPS or uncapped it?, does it make the game stutter? TY
