So there is no Intel core that has over 4 Ghz (Except the i7 6700K) But I found a good CPU you for you. Get the i7 6900K -20MB Cache -3.2 Ghz -8 Cores -16 Threads

The 960 won't do that good in gaming. Maybe go for a 970 or 980 ti or even the 1060. Will you be overclocking? If not then go for the Cryorig C7 Cooler. If so get the Hyper 212 EVO -
Maybe Seagate? Or Western Digital

get the full tower case. Since you'll be doing water cooling you'll have more space to work with. also it'll look great. You also could do mid tower and mITX as well. But for the mITX you'll have less room to work with.
