Okay, well now I feel dumb. I just turned it off THEN restarted the game and now it goes past 60fps. Thank you sir. I for some reason thought that I could just turn it off and it would change automatically.

Specs: Ryzen 5 2600, gtx 1070ti, 16gb ram, psu is 650w I feel like the computer should be able to handle the game at a higher fps. I checked the game and there is now fps cap that is on in game. I don't know what it is. It could be my monitor that's 60hz. I'm not sure though. Sorry if the format is wrong.

60hz, but I want to upgrade soon, so hopefully it'll be a little better.

I was wondering if this would be a good combo or should I pick a different gpu or cpu. I would be using it for playing games most of the time.
