Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I will be purchasing parts in Ontario, Canada in the GTA region. I only need the tower and contain all the peripherals. I am upgrading from a 6 year old HP laptop with 16GB of ram, GTX850m video card and i7 2.30GHz processor. I am looking to build it over the next 2 weeks. For now I will just be playing at 144hz, 1920 x 1080 monitor. Maybe, next summer I will upgrade my monitor to 4k resolution.The parts I already have are:

Mouse: Corsair M95
Headset: ATH-M50x
I don't really care about RGB, just looking for the best performance.
