I didn't personally own the printer I have just read many many complaints from people off of yotube and from my college suite mate.

Go watch barnacules nerdgasm maybe he has a video for one. I personally built my own printer so I dont really know.

Don't get the printrbot play the extruder is complete shit and after a month it will fuck up nearly any print that takes longer than 10 minutes no matter how much you clean it.
