Today's breakthrough: My GeForce 6200 is PCI-based.
The more you know. Threw that in my XP system for an upgrade from my GeForce4 MX420.

What, no AGP? ;-) I have an ATI 9800 Pro sitting on my desk. It has a molex connector on it for additional power. So cute.

Unfortunately, no AGP. I would've preferred it, but even on PCI it's an upgrade from the MX420.
Also, I would love a better AGP-based card haha. Makes it seem more legit to not have a PCI-based card. I've got an ATI HD 4850 and a GTS 250 sitting on my desk, I might upgrade the PSU of my Athlon 64 based system and throw one of those in it. However, I'm unsure of the performance difference between dual Athlon MP 2000+ and a single Athlon 64 X2 3800+. Until I've got that nailed down, I'm staying with the dual MP 2000+ system.
Hopefully I can make it boot with more than one HDD installed at some point, 120Gb only goes so far...

Haha, I'm using it for retro gaming. Loaded Windows XP on it(I actually have a legitimate copy). I've also got a Lian Li case, it's a PC-601. I'd be happy if my mainboard had integrated USB though, it sadly lacks that. I am really liking this system though, except for the error it gives me when launching Cave Story, it runs without a hitch.

I've got a few legitimate copies of Windows XP Sp3 Pro. Still have the discs! I don't run any of them natively anymore but I do run them virtually for retro gaming as well. Some games just ran so much better on XP. :-)

I don't really have the memory available on my main rig for emulating much(even though XP doesn't need more than like 2Gb to run smoothly), despite having the processing threads to handle some more hefty VMs(check my system specs to the left). I might emulate more when I grab another 8Gb stick though.
I've also got a box of floppy disks sitting on my tech shelf

Well I've got a floppy drive to go with your floppy disks! I was able to reduce the memory footprint to 512MB without major issues. VirtualBox is really good at memory control if you're caching to an SSD.
