olivergoldvalente replied to olivergoldvalente's topic in Graphics Cards
Well that's my problem. Getting a reference cooler for a Titan or a 780 is difficult as hell. -

So I have a GTX 780 with the acx cooler on it and I want a blower style cooler for my small case (evga hadron air) but it's difficult to buy just the reference coolers without buying a new whole card. I found a Titan X cooler on eBay but I don't know if all the thermal pads and heatsink would line up. Does anyone know? I checked around the internet and haven't found anything. Alternative does anyone know where I could get a blower style heat sink for my GTX 780? -

The EVGA hadron air is super tiny and can pack in a lot of hardware. -
Good idea! Thanks.

I have a EVGA GTX 780 with the ACX cooler and it's amazing. But I recently changed cases to the ITX form factor and am looking to buy a stock Nvidia cooler for my 780 (or any blower style cooler that is). Browsing online I've found nothing. Do any of you know where I can find one at a semi reasonable price, if at all? Thanks million for any and all help. Sincerely my suffocating GPU.

So I'm looking into buying this Korean 1440p monitor. The x star dp2710 specifically. From what I have found it has a 8ms response time. Now I currently have a 5ms response time monitor and I'm quite happy with it. If I mainly play fps do you think I'll notice any difference? I would by no means call myself a hardcore gamer but I do appreciate a good gaming experience. Thanks for any help. Heres the ebay link in case anyone was curious. I'm not aware of any other cheap 1440p monitors with low response times. (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Matt-X-STAR-DP2710LED-PLS-Panel-WQHD-2560x1440-2...)

What's more impressive, 1440p 60hz or 1080p 144hz

Haha. Why are you playing in windowed mode? And I mainly play shooters. So ya think 144hz is the way to go? -

Is it that noticeable when changing from 60hz? Will it be a neat feature or will it blow me away. -

No worries, that's only double my budget. -
