  1. The hair dryer comment was more of a confused about prices. It just makes 0 sense to me.
  2. $100 is just dumb IMO. Like is there something im missing? Is it dangerous to just blow air into a computer device?? If a hair dryer is $20, why are these devices $100?
  3. So i have been buying canned air for a year now and im thinking, why am I buying canned air?? I went to look online for something to blow air with a fine tip, and everything $70 or more. I find it hard to believe that a device that blows air for computers doesn't exist for cheaper than $70! Am I crazy, or am I just not looking in the right place?
  4. I have no clue how to do that, I think ill just pick up a new board to be safe.
  5. OK thaks for the reply guys.
  6. My motherboard has failed. Looking to get a new board. I am a gamer, but i mostly Play Diablo 3, and some other indie games. Dont plan to crossfire or overclock. I am running: FX8320 HD7870 16gb of Sniper Gskill Ram I am a little weary of buying an MSI board since my 970a-g45 died after only a year and a half, so I have been looking at a few boards. My question is I am reading some conflicting things. First I will show you the boards I am looking at. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157364 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157281 I saw a video review for the 970 board, and it says that they do not suggest picking a 970 board with 8 core CPU's. But i have read other places the main difference between 970 and 990FX is for crossfiring and overclocking. I do not mind spending the extra 30-40 bucks on the 990fx board if it will be overall faster experience since im using an 8 core cpu. Thanks in advanced.
  7. The reason I am asking is because I am not sure if things like this can be fixed on a motherboard.
  8. Yesterday everything was working fine. Today compute is completely dead. I have been working on it for awhile this morning, and i think the jumper (i am not sure if thats what it is called) where you plug in the cases power switch cable is fried. I had an old AM2 board lying around so i just put the 20 pin and power switch jumper and it fired right up. So i took the bad board out and I think I found the issue. i am going to post a pictures hopefully you can see it. It looks like there something burnt or something around the pins. http://tinypic.com/r/2isxqit/5
