  1. Didn't ask if it was smart money, just want to make sure I am not paying $500+ more than I would If I just saved. I have looked all over and have seen nothing about financing (If it was bad or good). Going to email them and see what their interest rates are and other questions.
  2. This: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/9DWFyc Would take about 6 months to save up for it (~$150 a month). Want to buy from memory express because its cheaper overall because shipping to where I live sucks (Rural P.O box, around $30 to ship per part). I am price matching most of the parts to either Newegg or NCIX. I want it now as I play League, CS:GO, Skyrim, and among other games and my current system (crappy old system with an added gpu, 4gb ram and a dual core intel cpu, just isn't doing it anymore.).
  3. Is it a positive experience? Any hidden fee's? Fast?
  4. Then by all means edit it to make it better. I just put it together in 5 minutes.
  5. Gaming, Web browsing, both at the same time (I can't do that on my current computer). I play Skyrim, League Of Legends, CS:GO, and Don't Starve Together. The GPU is a sweet spot for me, does everything I need it to. If you can budget it out by all means do it.
  6. Partlist I made for a new computer I want, is it balanced? Will anything bottleneck? I want to keep it under $1000. PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor ($214.98 @ DirectCanada) Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($94.99 @ DirectCanada) Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($78.98 @ DirectCanada) Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($63.98 @ DirectCanada) Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card ($184.99 @ NCIX) Case: Fractal Design Define R4 (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower Case ($119.99 @ Memory Express) Power Supply: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ Memory Express) Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer ($15.98 @ DirectCanada) Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($117.99 @ NCIX) Total: $951.87 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2015-03-05 08:30 EST-0500 If you can budget everything a little more I wouldn't mind having a SDD. You could even replace the HHD with one because I don't go crazy buying games, I only have about 20GB of games on my hard drive at the moment. Things I do want in my build: The case, and the GPU. Thanks.
  7. but that would mean I have to wait a couple of months... Ain't nobody got time for dat.
  8. I've been wanting to build a computer for some time now, is there any place I can buy computer parts and build it myself but be able to pay monthly payments? I don't have the cash to pay outright but I can afford to pay per month. Any help?
  9. I have seen people setting macros in League Of Legends so all they have to do is press a button and get a message in the chat. I've been wanting to do this for awhile and I can't seem to get it working; I know how to set macros, but when I try to do it, it does nothing ingame. I want to be able to press the G17-G20 buttons for things like "GG" "GLHF" "MIA" "Warded". Any help?
  10. Hello, I recently have been in need of a new graphics card, and I have been looking around on classifieds and other sites and I found a Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 for $210, used. It was bought 8 1/2 months ago, and still has its 3 year warranty on it. Would it be worth it to buy this card used instead of new?
  11. Bump- It started working, but now it is stuck at 33% and 99%
  12. Like, did you do the whole install thing, but you just left the logo up?
  13. I told him to try that, did not work and it sat there for 10 minutes
