  1. Yeah, looking at AMD as it is dirt cheap and seems like great performance - just want to run around 100fps at 1440p with high settings
  2. Yeah my fears too... havent been into games for that long that everything has flown past! Last i remembered there was a shortage of Ram! Now ddr4 is dirt cheap lol
  3. Hi all, havent been interested in a COD since 2013 and my friends have convinced me to buy it. Been having trouble with graphics settings - wondering if everything but my GPU is too old to run 1440p over 60fps? CPU Intel Core i7 4770k Motherboard MSI Z87 - G43 RAM Corsair Vengance 16gb 1600 GPU Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super Case NZXT Phantom 410 Black Storage 250GB SSD, 120gb SSD, Various HDD's up to 5tb PSU Corsair CX-M600w Display(s) Samsung 27" 1440p 12-hz & Acer H236HL 23" IPS Cooling Noctua NHD-14
  4. I actually had no idea... i assumed they would have gave up or that the there is performance difference. Ive been away from the PC gaming side of things for about 4 years and man have things changed... Got a 1440p 144hz monitor and getting a RTX 2070 super seems like a good combo for 1440p games a for a few years
  5. Amazing. Thanks, been hesitant for a couple of years since i dont want to loose all my stuff...
  6. Hi, I have finally decided to upgrade to Windows 10 as I am upgrading my GPU. I have 7 currently (installed on C drive 128gb SSD) and want to know if updating will delete my data on my two other HDDs J and K drives? Thanks

  9. So the included HDMI cable with my new Samsung 144hz monitor is not showing a 144hz display option on the nvidia drivers option. I am still running a GTX 770 but should be able to hit 120hz. Will this cable do the trick? https://www.msy.com.au/cablelist-cl-dvihd1m4k-1-meter-m-m-dvi-hdmi20-dual-link-copper-cable-4k-support Thanks
  10. Yeah makes sense. For me its most AAA games. Getting back into gaming after a few years Horizon zero dawn looks good although i heard optimization is bad
  11. Hi, So I currently have a 4770k, Noctua CPU cooler, 16gb DDR3 Corsair ram, GTX 770, 128gbSSD for boot and 600W corsair PSU. It is now 6 years old and i just play games and have upgraded to a 1440p 144hz monitor and want to harness all that goodness. Is my CPU/Ram combo good atm and will it bottlneck a 2070 or 3070? Or should I build a new PC altogether. Most likely go Ryzen CPU. Cheers
  12. Yeah was thinking along those lines too. But wasnt sure if the 6 year old CPU would be too limiting. Thanks for the reply though!

  16. Played Skyrim few days ago after ages and loved it as usual. But i got me thinking about Elder Scrolls Online so i saw a few crappy youtube videos, some says its worth buying now and some say its still crap. Just wondering what people have to say about the game now, should i buy it? I also heard theres no subscription after the initial payment, the subscription was the main reason why i didnt buy at launch. So please let me know if you love it or hate it
