  1. Hey guys I’m kinda mixed in feelings. I own a BX6 for about 3 and a half. Amazing TV but missing the DTS forced me to use plex. Well life is that way. Now I wanna improve. I don’t have a sitting room so I will be using my desk and the bed as a couch. Distance is about max 2m. Now I’m using the LG of 55”. I’m considering to move to a 65” if doesn’t hurt the quality vs distance ofc. Also the prices in my country are different The LG C3 55” costs about 1499€ and the 65” costs 1999€ Samsungs S90C costs about the same for 55” but has a higher cost for 65” at 2249€ Oh then we have the G3. Sadly I will need a stand and I refuse to buy a original LG stand. There are alternatives I’m sure like the once used in this review channel. Costs about 40€ of that much. The 55” model costs 1789€ and 65” 2489€. So what model would u get!? I see alote movies and TV Shows. Mostly quality contente but I also own some low resolution shows. Gaming tes for sure. I own a PS5 and XSX
  2. He is more a Call of Duty but he plays everything that has a story and then leaves. Competition wise he plays Warzone
  3. So in ur case I should pick up AMD for him? Do u think he will profit in games over i5 13600KF? Thanks
  4. This is a pc for my best friend, not for me, I already own a combo (7800X3D with a Rx 7900 XTX). I have a AMD 7800X3D but it has some shutter issues in WZ and other games. So I had recommended my best friend a i5 or i7. But... benchmarks continues to give AMD a very high difference. But since Im not very happy with AMD CPU should he still get it? Budget (including currency): 2500€ Country: Portugal Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Warzone 2.0, GTA V, some other at 1440p He has a monitor, 165Hz 1440p Owns a Case ATX Montech AIR 903 Max Owns a GPU from XFX Radeon 7900 XTX Speedster MERC 310 Black Gaming 24GB GDDR6 Its pure or mostly for gaming :S AMD or Intel? So the store give him 2 setups he can choose both +/- less same price, the i7 version would be almost the same price but with a higher PSU. Setup 1 PSU ATX Seasonic Focus Gold GX 850W 80 Plus Gold Full Modular Processador Intel Core i5-13600KF 14-Core 2.6GHz c/ Turbo 5.1GHz 24MB Skt1700 Motherboard ATX Asus ROG Strix Z790-H Gaming WiFi - PCDIGA RAM G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6400MHz CL32 Prateada Water Cooler CPU Fractal Design Lumen S36 V2 RGB 360mm Preto Setup 2 PSU ATX Seasonic Focus Gold GX 850W 80 Plus Gold Full Modular - PCDIGA - 139,90€ Processador AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core c/ Turbo 5.0GHz 104MB SktAM5 - PCDIGA - 486,90€ Motherboard ATX MSI MPG B650 Carbon WiFi - PCDIGA - 305,90€ RAM G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB (AMD Expo) 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000MHz CL30 Preta - PCDIGA - 150,90€ Water Cooler CPU MSI MAG CoreLiquid 240R V2 All-In-One - PCDIGA - 109,90€ Thanks
  5. Oh then the margin of OC room vs temps of the cooler are fine. I was thinking he reached like 250W
  6. Ok wow. For the price vs performance that’s Wow. how much does a i5 13600KF under OC outputs in TDP? Couldn’t find it
  7. Wow does the cooler hold on with OC on the i5? That’s the only thing that I’m worried about the rest is excelente choice. Thanks.
  8. Budget (including currency): No specific Country: Portugal Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Warzone 2.0 Other details I already own a case (new) it’s a Lian Li 215 and I got a Intel i5 13600KF For GPU I have discount in AMD parts do it’s what brand of Rx 7900 XT should I get? I’m assuming the 7900 XTX is not necessary for 200 FPS at 2K. anyways what worries me is the cooling. I wanna a good cooling because I gonna do a little OC on the i5. the board will be a Z790 ofc. so I need help for the cpu cooler, maybe motherboard and RAM thanks
  9. Nice suggestion. So I won´t miss Intel for gaming in this case right? I saw this: https://www.techspot.com/article/2579-cod-warzone-2-benchmark/ And I was kinda in choque to see the little difference at 1440p between CPUs About PSU, thanks alote, because Im very outdated about that. Its kinda a huge 500€ difference from my build wow.... with the rest (add monitor I comes close to 2.5K and all the extras that I do not mention here... not bad... its a 500€ less heavy investment And the good part, both stores are great. Saw today a 1440p 32" Monitor, looks very cool, curved and so... beautiful.
  10. Well I edited... Give it a check and feedback if u don´t mind. I´m sure I did do stuff wrong anyways!
  11. So I´m all in for 1440p, let´s rock I took ur advice ofc and others. What u think of this build for 1440p? I saw alote videos and there is just 5 frames difference between CPUs at 1440p why? Even from a i9 to a i5 or AMD...or is that just fake? My "pré-build" Case - ATX Kolink Observatory Duo ARGB + with a additional fan RGB (75€) PSU - Gigabyte AORUS P850W 80 Plus GoldGP (134,90€) CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core 4.5GHz c/ Turbo 5.4GHz 40MB Cache (386€) Cooler - CPU Corsair H60x Elite RGB 120mm (104,90€) Motherboard - Asus TUF Gaming B650M-Plus WiFi (226€) RAM - G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo (AMD Expo) 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000MHz CL32 (142€) GPU - MSI Radeon RX 7900 XTX GAMING TRIO CLASSIC 24GB (1159€) Monitor - Lenovo Legion G32qc-30 VA 31.5" QHD 16:9 170Hz (354€) or - AOC Gaming 32" CQ32G3SU/BK VA QHD 165Hz (342€) Price +/- would be - 2600€ (kinda over my budget but well... I wanna 32" because at 1440p that has to be present. Maybe the CPU is a bad choice? Cooling and so scares me
  12. Nice build. Sadly I hate ultrawide monitore can´t figure it out. I think for 1440p I can find many choices not? Since its 1440p we are talking about, what would u recommend as CPU? Its not that CPU bound right? Even the 7900 XT would handle it paired like a 7700X or i7 13700KF? PC Componentes is a spanish store. It has good prices and well I wouldn´t mind to buy there but sadly the store itself is in spain, I live in Portugal. Everything that is shipped to my home can´t work... sadly bad storys :S shit country I mean. Anyways PCDiga or Globaldata are the best stores that we have and we have them here in my city (Porto). If u don´t mind I would give u later based on ur help since there are stuff handy 2 PC Rings (one AMD and another Intel) to see were im sitting. Thanks for the help. Hope u can guide me a little more after
  13. The difference of price is just 30€. PSU is one of the most importante stuff that I know from the past with bad decisions hehe. Well I´m considering 1440p if it doesn´t hurt much on frames and quality. I don´t own yet a monitor.
  14. Budget (including currency): 2200 - 2400€ (Euro) Country: Portugal (Porto) Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Warzone 2 and some other good games even openworld Other details: I own all ready a SSD NVMe Gen4 Well some tech guy made me a random build that Im not sure if I can trust. Rather ask here because many of u guys know much more deeper what Hardware handles. Frist, I know 1080p seems outdated but for me is still a good resolution. I gain alote frames (or not?) Keep in mind I have to buy local so I have big stores like PCDiga or Globaldata (2 biggest in my country anyways). Monitores are sadly not exactly at their high offers so Im kinda stuck there and with CPU too. Some guys say I should go for a AMD Ryzen 7 7700X and some say I profit much more with a i7 13700KF. GPU I made already a choice, the AMD Rx 7900XT has a very good price (much higher then in america and other countrys ofc) but compared to Nvidia, seems much better. Any suggestions like PSU, CPU, Motherboard and RAM...? Case I can take care of it easy. Keep in mind I do alote Warzone 2 gaming even if Im not a Twitch player, I´ll be competitive. I play on PS5 but it sucks sticking with Controller. Also, my gfs is on a i5 13500F with a Rx 6700 XT and rocks very well on WZ2 (avg 120 Frames at Ultra). I wanna better, more then she has
  15. May I ask why AMD CPU? Since 1080p is more power hungry and the new i5 would maybe fix that? Just asking. Not sure if I'm correct ofc. That PSU is definitely worth. Good catch buddy
  16. Budget (including currency): 1200€ (Euro) Country: Portugal Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming mostly, like Warzone 2.0 and GTA V Other details: I own already a monitor from AOC 165Hz and good mouse and keyboard, also I own several SSDs like M.2 Gen3 Resolution: 1080p / 165Hz monitor with HDR Stock in my country is very limited, like, PCDiga.pt or Globaldata.pt are the most trusted stores. I tried a build based on stock Case - ATX Kolink Observatory Lite Mesh RGB with adicional top fan Aerocool Mirage 12 ARGB 120mm PSU - Modular Seasonic Focus GX-550W 80+ Gold CPU - Intel Core I5-13400F 10-Core (2.5GHz-4.6GHz) 20MB Skt1700 Motherboard - Gigabyte B760M Gaming X DDR4 RAM - G.Skill Kit 32GB (4 x8GB) DDR4 3600MHz Ripjaws V Black CL18 GPU - Sapphire Radeon RX 6750 XT Pulse OC 12GB What do u think? I own a legion 5 with a RTX 2060 so it struggles at 60 Frames. I have it connected to my monitor. Also I own a PS5 so I do play with my GF so the PC would be to play with here and I love to see her to play at high frames with quality. I´m not now as educated in hardware as I was 6 years ago. Medicine is this, takes away most of my time. COVID didn´t help at all too. Anyways, I wanna avoid bottleneck and also random problems. U can check both stores that I mention but its in my language. Sorry for my English Wish u all the best Regards
  17. Budget (including currency): 1000€ Country: Portugal (Europe) Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming at 1080p, open world games like GTA V or MP like Call of Duty Warzone, maybe some older BF´s... Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have already a decent monitor - AOC 27G2U5 IPS 27" FHD 16:9 75Hz FreeSync I got a suggestion from the store since we are very limited to stock and prices are unstable here, some takes weaks to have some stock. I have a PS4 Pro but It kinda sucks to play with Keyboard and Mouse even with decent monitor. So I planed to sell my laptop and PS4 Pro (made about 600/700€) so in order words, would be a 300€/400€ investment (had to plan to invest it on a TV for same amount so...) So the store gave me this specs for the 1000€ price tag - Case ATX Cooler Master Masterbox Q500L incluses 3x Corsair 2400RPM ML120 4 Pinos PWM (Free offer) - PSU Seasonic Focus Gold GX 550W Full Modular - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Hexa-Core 3.6GHz c/ Turbo 4.2GHz - Motherboard ATX MSI B450-A Pro Max (this motherboard comes with already suported 3000 Ryzen series, so, ye, this is the only B450 in the store for that matter) - G.SKILL Trident Z 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3600MHz CL17 - GPU MSI Radeon RX 5700 XT Mech OC 8GB (it´s on promo, costs 100€ more but now reduction price) As for storage, gonna keep my Samsung NVMe of 2TB 970 EVO. I know that my monitor hasn´t much of "Hz" and there is maybe overkill for 1080p but again, even if the output of the FPS are higher at a lower Hz of monitor, I can feel it, atleast from what I had in the past. I had a 144Hz, can´t use anymore a 60Hz monitor, this 75Hz is OC to 80Hz so ye, I still see a big difference from 60Hz. Even with a PS4 Pro, against a 4K TV that I had from LG, I feel a big difference. Im not a pro in tech so, any advice are welcome, plz keep in mind that Im limited to stores (do not wanna buy online) and ye, I know I could have a better monitor but this one is pretty decent for the price. I had to plan to get a LG 27GL650F-B for my PS4 but sadly It got out of stock anyways there are more stuff getting out of stock! Keep urself safe Hope u guys all over the world are OK and Fine. We are lucky in Portugal for now, atleast as a MED, I can tell that we have a hard fight but its worth it! Every life is worth! Wish u guys the best!
  18. Store gave this 2 options based on budget and stock. So what would u choose. Be ADVICE, its only for 1080p gaming at 144Hz
  19. The i9 9900K is out of stock because they sold it for 440$ (damn) just found it now >< won´t be again at that price. Well let me see, price difference from i7 9700K with a BeQuite Dark Rock 4 Pro vs a i7 8700 with a NZXT M22 will have a difference price by 80$ I guess... is it worth?
  20. Btw he can lock the CPU to 4.4GHz using that BCLK thing right? ? Well sadly he could go to a i7 9700K but I don´t think its worth ? or is it?
  21. So in this case o prevent that he should go with a i7 8700? Since its 6c/12t? I saw that review but thats the only one that shows that! https://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/amd_ryzen_5_3600_review,23.html https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-ryzen-5-3600/15.html At techpowerup things are very clear at Intel So what can we trust this days?! He has already a 200€ mobo so no way he can go to AMD now.
  22. Well Im not sure in what country u are living but in mine Ryzen is more expensive. Intel i5 9600K = 230€ AMD Ryzen 3600X = 289€ Intel i7 8700 (non K) = 240€ Intel i7 9700K = 290€ AMD Ryzen 3700X 369€ Note: I tested a i5 9400F that costs 134€ vs the Ryzen 3600 (non X) what costs 209€ and I got 12 of 16 games better Frames (7 to 12 AVG). So its strange that u are saying "wipe the floor" or if u are saying "more then gaming" then sure, AMD wipes Intel off! Benchmarks gives the Intel in most games a clear advantage, even if they are stock. Saw some article in Germany from this weak giving the 3 top best CPU for games to Intel and then to AMD. But again, maybe in the states or any other country prices are better for AMD. Intel dropped alote prices, even the i9 9900K costs about 450€ vs Ryzen 9 3900X that costs 499€. There is no point going for AMD if u are a gamer and even streamer. We all know the king of games/cpu is i7 9700K not putting "price" in question. But as u said well, the price vs performance is a very importante factor! BTW it wasn´t me, I own already a system I´m asking in behave of my friend, he can´t even speak English was strange in fact but his stupid decisions anyways, I believe it has to do with some promo 30% off!
  23. what if the i7 9700k is in place, should he consider it? its 50€ more!
  24. Why if he has already the motherboard? And even so, Ryzen has poor performance. Intel domains gaming at this moment. Would u recommend to go to a i7 9700K for 50€ more?!
