  1. it's not an overscan/underscan issue. the only part that extends past viewing is the application window. for example in these screenshots, I cannot click any of the buttons at the bottom of the window unless I hide the taskbar, I would normally just resize the window to compensate for that, but this application window and others don't allow it, or not enough to solve the problem.
  2. I have done that, but I would like to display my system in 1920x1080 so I can watch videos at that resolution
  3. The application window still extends too far down past the task bar, on both the laptop screen and the tv.
  4. I am having the issue on the tv, I have no need to scale on the laptop, but the tv is far enough away for me to need. Disconnecting/reconnecting didn't do anything. Also, I don't know if it helps to know this, but I have it set up to only output my display to the tv, not the screen on the laptop.
  5. For some reason when I set the scaling level above 175% in Windows 10 many applications end up extending past the edge of my screen, with some applications not giving me the ability to resize the window low enough/at all to make the whole window of the application show up. What can I do to fix this? I have an AMD APU in my laptop connected via HDMI to a Vizio tv with a max resolution of 1920 x 1080.
  6. yeah, I emailed them to start the rma process.... apparently the firmware update is only for the 128GB Turbo, not for what i have which is the 128 GB Turbo RETRACT. And I am being told they are two different drives, not just one having a different plastic shroud....
  7. This is taking way longer than I expected...
  8. I have done as the manual specifies. I started the program, then inserted the drive, still not recognized in the program. When I have access to another pc to try it with, I will do so.
  9. yes, I have the program also set to run as admin. I have also tried it in compatibility with various versions of windows selected
  10. I was having issues with general drive speed being limited to USB 2.0 speeds and ended up finding what looks to be the fix(firmware update for the flash drive). However, the fix that is the update package from PNY(page link), for some reason is not showing the flash drive, or any drive for that matter(drive list grayed out). I am trying to flash the drive on a HP Pavilion G4-2149se running Windows 10 Home 64-bit. It is formatted as NTFS. I have updated to the latest AMD chipset drivers, which includes two USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0 ports. I have tried plugging the drive into all three of the different USB ports, program still doesn't see the drive.
