  1. Well I guess what is confusing me is the windows setup, like I said, I have the windows 10 home oem disc they gave me, I boot from it and every option is GPT partition style, not sure if that is safe to use the format option, it doesn't tell me what its going to format it too. I may just leave it and take it in. I just don't want to screw anything up
  2. forgive my stupidity but I don't know what you mean
  3. Hello, I Bought a new computer today and I finally got it home and after making space for it and getting everything plugged in ready to go I found that something is wrong. When it starts up, it asks me for my country, language etc, next page the product key, custom or express settings for setup. Basically after it goes through the mini set up it says wait a moment then it restarts. I tried to do some google trouble shooting but I am having a hard time finding the solution. I had the store build a computer for me with the parts I had picked out, they said they did some burnin/other testing with the computer but I can't even get past the initial product key registration. there is an option to do it later, tried it and doesn't work. I went into the bios but I don't really know what im doing with that. I do have a windows 10 cd, I popped it and and ran bios to boot from the cd drive but when it goes to reinstalling it says the drives are in GPT format? I don't know what that means. IF anyone can help me that would be great, otherwise I need to drive an hour and take it back tomorrow to find out what the hell is going on. Frustrating when you spend a bunch of money on a pc and a bit extra to ensure its running right and they give me a computer that's stuck in a loop
